DartSmart Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

• Standard UK delivery: £5.95

• Free standard delivery on orders over £50, based on the order value after discounts.

• Free click & collect from DartSmart, Templars Square, Oxford.

Processing and delivery times

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 1–3 working days. Please allow 3–7 working days from placing your order to receiving it.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for some remote locations.

Standard parcels are sent using Royal Mail, with tracking details provided when dispatched. We do not currently offer express or guaranteed next-day delivery.

Click & collect

Please wait for your collection confirmation before travelling to the shop. Some products require additional preparation time, so collection is available once we confirm your order is ready.

Personalised and special-order products

Personalised trophies and other special-order items may have longer lead times. The applicable delivery estimate will be shown before you place your order.

Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact DartSmart with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you.
